Entries to be taken to Minerva Arts Centre between 9am & 10am on 15th October. Judging starts 10am. Public viewing until 4pm when items can be collected.

Take entries to Pumpkin Carving Stall by 4pm on the day

Volunteers & Appeals

Banner Sewing & Bunting Making
Join Rita & Helen at their Banner Bants Sewing Club.
Every Tuesday 2pm - 4pm at The Hanging Gardens.
We are in need of fabric samples in greens, browns &  oranges,
if you have any to donate please drop off at The Hanging Gardens

Kids Entertainers
We are always looking for more entertainment for either on the day,
or in the weeks leading up to the festival.

Volunteers On The Day
Marshalls, First Aiders, Race Stewards (for the mornings race), Help with setting up and decorations, cooks, anything you'd like to do to help, WE NEED YOU!
