The Hanging Gardens is a totally inclusive space – events in our venue cater to everybody in the community. From talks on astro-physics to sewing groups, Welsh language clubs to arts and crafts for learning-impaired young adults, there is something for everyone.

Yoga at The Hanging Gardens
Tuesdays From 10th Jan
6pm - 7.15 pm
£7 per session or £35 for a 6 week course
A mindful Vinyasa flow class for all levels of experience to help settle busy minds while building strength and mobility. This one-hour class is taught at an open level, so everyone can choose the challenge that suits them.

Learn how to make a non-electrical slow cooker
If you’d like to come and make one for yourself, you will need:
Two old COTTON sheets
2m of rope, to close your bag
Any old garments, towels or fabric scraps made of (cotton only)
Alternatively, you can help us make one that will be donated to Llani’s Library of Things.

SINGING FOR HEALTH

As well as being a fantastic social activity, there are proven health benefits from singing.

SOUP-ER SUNDAYS
FREE Every Sunday 10am - 3pm
This winter, The Hanging Gardens Café will be closed on Sundays but The Hanging Gardens venue will remain open, offering a warm and cosy place for everyone to relax or take part in some activities.
QUIET MORNINGS: Read the news, meet with your book club or simply relax
FREE LUNCH: A light lunch, prepared by our team of volunteers, will be served between 12:30pm and 1:30pm
LIVELY AFTERNOONS : Workshops, board games, live music
DRINK STATION: Free hot drinks will be available throughout the day

Mystery Movie Night

Join us for a FREE movie night. You get to vote on the night which film we all watch. A different genre each month.
Snacks & drinks will be available from the bar Movie starts at 7pm, so arrive earlier to get your refreshments in and vote.
The movie will always be age appropriate for those that attend

Volunteers will help repair clocks, phones, small mechanicals, electricals, other repairs and tool sharpening.
